Joe Schramm is an experienced veteran of the non-profit sector, sports, and cable TV/subscription marketing, with specialties in
reaching targeted demographics for sports and television; and establishing the value of television programming and sponsorships.

The company is wholly owned by Joe. Prior to 2021, the agency had been a partnership with the late Rafael Eli, a noted
Hispanic and soccer marketing specialist.

  • Served for eight years as the Hispanic agency for 1-800-OK-CABLE, the NY area marketing cooperative for cable television.
  • During that time, Schramm delivered the highest percentage of new Hispanic subscribers for cable television in the US.

AT&T and Soccer

  • Introduced AT&T to sponsorships of international and professional soccer and championship boxing.
  • AT&T still to this day remains as one of the longest running sponsors and official partners of Major League Soccer.

Content Chief for NATPE

  • Serve as the chief content provider for NATPE, producing their leading conferences and educational programs, including NATPE: Miami, NATPE: Streaming Plus, NATPE: Hollywood, and other leading conferences for the international television industry.

Hispanic Television Summit

  • Created and produced the Hispanic Television Summit, the longest running event of its kind, on behalf of Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News.
